Ticket purchases are subject to availability.

If tickets are sold via third-party ticketing platforms, the contractual relationship regarding payment processing and ticket issuance may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

6. Conclusion of Contract

A contract for the purchase of tickets is concluded only once the order has been confirmed and full payment has been successfully received.
Registration for early access or event notifications does not constitute a binding contract.

7. Prices and Payment

All ticket prices are displayed as indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment processing may be carried out via third-party ticketing or payment providers. In such cases, the respective provider’s payment terms apply in addition.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, further information regarding possible refunds will be communicated separately and may be subject to the terms of the respective ticketing provider.

9. Event Changes

Echoes Of Pandora GmbH reserves the right to modify event details, change venues, adjust lineups, postpone or cancel events for legal or safety reasons.
Statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding and materials are the intellectual property of Echoes Of Pandora GmbH unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law

German law applies.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
